Fe 26 - Red Blend - 2018

2018 marks the very first vintage of this amazing wine. Fe, pronounced (FEE), is the atomic symbol for iron. It showcases the iron - rich soil at the base of Spring Mountain. This wine is both powerful and adaptable, just like the iron that runs in our veins. It's crafted by the talented Aaron Pott. There are 270 cases available. The blend consists of 59% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Cab Franc, 11% Petit Verdot, and 5% Malbec.

To enjoy this wine, just let it breathe for about 30 minutes before sipping. Pour it into a nice wine glass and savor the aroma and flavor. It pairs well with red meats like steak or lamb. Store it in a cool, dark place, away from direct sunlight. Keep the temperature stable to maintain its quality. Avoid shaking the bottle too much as it can affect the sediment. If you have any left, cork it tightly and store it in the fridge for up to 3 days.
