Gaston Chiquet 'Special Club' - Brut 2015

This 2015 sparkling wine is a blend of 62% Chardonnay and 38% Pinot Noir. The 38% Pinot Noir comes from Dizy 1er Cru (Griboury), while 52% of the Chardonnay is from Dizy 1er Cru (30% Cerisières, 22% Crohaut Guillemoinel), and 10% is Chardonnay from Aÿ Grand Cru (Frère and Martin). It has a soil composition of clay and limestone over chalk. It was disgorged in October 2022.
