January 2025 Pasta Class

Pasta enthusiasts, come together! On Tuesday, January 14th at 7:00 pm in Durham, Chef Taylor Halley will guide you to create delicious fresh Mushroom Cappellacci from the ground up. Arrive 15 minutes early to enjoy a free glass of wine and get comfortable. The class starts right on time at 7. Your ticket comes with fresh pasta that serves 3 - 4 people, a glass of wine, and a jar of homemade sauce. Seats are limited, so buy your tickets early!

When you join this pasta class, first arrive at least 15 minutes early to get your free glass of wine and settle in. The class will start promptly at 7 pm. During the class, listen carefully to Chef Taylor Halley's instructions on making Mushroom Cappellacci from scratch. After the class, when you take your fresh - made pasta home, store it in the refrigerator if you're not going to cook it right away. When you're ready to cook, boil the pasta in salted water for the recommended time. You can use the included homemade sauce to enhance the flavor. Enjoy your pasta with your friends and family, as it serves 3 - 4 people.
