Aguijon de Abeja - Bonarda

This 2022 vintage red wine is made from 100% Bonarda grapes. The grapes come from an elevated agricultural valley in Fiambalá, Catamarca, Argentina. They were planted in pergola in 1938 and are farmed organically. This wine offers rich notes of black cherry compote, fresh blueberry, and plum, along with nuanced hints of violets and allspice. It has fine, soft tannins. It's the perfect choice to pair with roast pork, enhancing your dining experience.

To enjoy this Aguijon de Abeja Bonarda red wine, simply open the bottle and let it breathe for about 15 - 30 minutes before pouring.
