For whites, they cultivate Grechetto and Trebbiano Spoletino, while the reds are mainly Sangiovese and Sagrantino. The estate, surrounded by wooded areas, is perfect for vines and olive groves. In 2009, they switched to organic farming for all their products. This 100% Grechetto white wine is grown in predominantly limestone soils and aged in stainless - steel tanks.
