These wines, hailing from the Loire Valley, share a refined and noble quality similar to Burgundy reds. They burst with fresh red and black fruits, followed by rich red floral scents and softer hints of black earth, gravel, and meat. Aged in old oak barrels, the wine retains its savory earthiness and pure fruit flavors.

To enjoy this wine, simply chill it to around 55 - 60°F (12 - 15°C). Open the bottle and let it breathe for about 30 minutes to an hour to enhance its flavors. Pour it into a large wine glass to fully appreciate its aroma and taste. When storing, keep the bottle in a cool, dark place with a stable temperature. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperature changes. And of course, enjoy it with a good meal, like a steak or a rich pasta dish.
