This 2022 Chardonnay hails from the South of France. Bellula, a joint - venture between Vianney Castan (owner of Château St - Jean d’Aumières) and JP Bourgeois, is nestled in the Languedoc region. Aged in stainless steel for 7 months, it strikes the ideal balance of fruit and acidity. Crafted from 100% Chardonnay, expect zesty citrus and tropical flavors like mango, along with a creamy mouthfeel and a minerally finish. Enjoy it solo or pair it with a delicious seafood dish.
