Bloem Red Blend - Syrah/ Mourvedre

The 2020 Bloem, a side project from Noble Hill winery, takes its name from the Danish word for 'flower'. Sourced from South African vineyards bathed in abundant sunlight and warmth, the grapes are perfectly ripened. This classic blend consists of 95% Syrah and 5% Mourvèdre, brimming with rich black fruit flavors like blackberry, black cherry, and blackcurrant. It's an ideal match for dishes spiced with exotic seasonings!

To enjoy this wine, simply chill it slightly before pouring into a wine glass. You can savor it on its own or pair it with your favorite exotic - spiced foods. Keep the bottle upright in a cool, dark place when not in use. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures as this can affect the taste.
