This 2021 Chenin Blanc hails from Stellenbosch, South Africa. 'Kottabos', named after an ancient Greek drinking game, is one of Boschkloof Winery's more daring and less conventional wines. Crafted entirely from Chenin Blanc, it undergoes skin - contact aging, a rarity for white wines. This unique process imparts extra texture and delicious flavors of tangerine, apricots, ginger, and warm spices.

To enjoy this Boschkloof 'Kottabos' Chenin Blanc, simply chill it to around 45 - 50°F (7 - 10°C). Pour it into a white wine glass and take in the aroma before sipping.
