This 2023 white blend hails from the Willamette Valley, Oregon. It's a harmonious mix of 27% Pinot Blanc, 25% Muscat, 21% Riesling, 17% Gewurztraminer, and 10% Pinot Gris. In 1998, Portland native Jimi Brooks started this winery as a dream. His son, sister, and best friend are committed to making it a sustainable living legacy. The winery got biodynamic certification in 2012 and has planted over 60,000 trees globally since 2001 through a partnership with Ecologi. This light - bodied wine offers delightful flavors of peach, lychee, lemon, and citrus blossom. It pairs superbly with various dishes, especially fish tacos with tropical fruit salsa.
