Cantina Terlano 'Andriano' - Lagrein

This 2022 Lagrein wine hails from Alto Adige, Italy. The cooperative winery, established in 1893, is among the earliest in the region as per local historians. With 143 members, around 200 hectares of vineyards, it produces 1.5 million bottles annually. Made from 100% Lagrein, a native varietal accounting for less than 9% of the area's wine production. It offers tasting notes of black currant, violets, and black pepper, making it an excellent match for mature, hard cheeses and game dishes.

To enjoy this wine, simply uncork it and let it breathe for a bit before pouring. Serve it at a cool temperature, around 55 - 60°F. You can pair it with mature, hard cheeses like Parmesan or game dishes such as venison. Keep the wine in a cool, dark place when not in use.
