This 2014 sparkling wine hails from the Santa Lucia Highlands. Comprising 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir, it presents a smooth, yeasty aroma. Crafted using the méthode champenoise, it's a vintage product. Thanks to the consistent quality of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay in the Highlands, we can offer these distinct bubbles year after year. It has a translucent yellow color, with persistent and lively pinpoint bubbles and a generous mousse. The wine bursts with rich red and citrus fruits, featuring juicy honey crisp apples and fresh lemons. There are notes of yeasty glazed donuts and brioche toast, balanced by soft floral scents and chalky minerality. Racy lime, sugared lemon wedges, pineapple, and kumquat flavors are complemented by a hint of integrated yeastiness throughout. It's very bright and fruit - forward, with a crisp, mouth - watering finish.
