Castello di Neive - Barbaresco

This 2019 Barbaresco wine is crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from some of the most reputable vineyards in the Barbaresco DOCG, Italy. The grapes are pressed and aged in wooden vats for two years, which softens the tannins and enhances the wine's complex flavors. On the nose, you'll detect red fruits and cassis, complemented by subtle hints of licorice, smoke, and caramel. It pairs perfectly with meat - based ravioli, meaty pizza, and pork saltimbocca.
