Colome 'Amalaya' - Malbec

In 2021, the Amalaya vineyards in Salta's high desert, starting over a mile above sea - level, far above the Calchaqui Valley floor, produced this remarkable wine. For ages, local farmers offered prayers for a 'Amalaya' (miracle in the local language) of a bountiful harvest. The extreme growing conditions stress our sustainably - farmed grapes, resulting in wines with highly concentrated flavors and exceptional depth. This blend, made up of 85% Malbec, 10% Tannat, and 5% Petit Verdot, offers rich red fruit flavors with a subtle hint of spice. Its approachable tannins make it a great choice to enjoy solo or paired with a range of bold dishes.

To enjoy this Colome 'Amalaya' wine, simply chill it slightly before pouring. It can be sipped on its own while relaxing or paired with bold dishes like grilled steak or spicy pasta.
