Corzano e Paterno 'Il Corzanello' - Rosato Toscano

This 2023 Tuscan rosé is crafted from 100% Sangiovese grapes. Hailing from a family - owned, certified organic winery in Tuscany, Italy, which has been in the family for nearly 50 years. In 1975, the family bought 5.5 hectares to raise sheep and make cheese. Now, the estate covers 17 hectares across Corzano and Paterno on both sides of the valley. Besides cheese, they also grow grains, olives, and produce excellent wines. This dry and delicate rosé offers distinct strawberry and cherry flavors, complemented by a zesty acidity and a hint of minerality. It's the perfect match for antipasto or grilled vegetables.

To enjoy this Tuscan rosé, first, chill it in the refrigerator for about an hour or so. When serving, pour it into a wine glass and take a moment to smell the lovely strawberry and cherry aroma. You can pair it with antipasto or grilled vegetables to enhance the taste experience. Keep the unopened bottle in a cool, dark place.
