After his death, his daughters Nathalie and Dominique, along with Christian's granddaughter Amandine and her husband Antoine, took over. Together, they tend to 27 hectares of vineyards and hand - pick every grape. Post - pressing, the juice spends 36 hours with the skins, resulting in a naturally rich color.
