This 2016 Côtes du Rhône Villages wine hails from Rousset - les - Vignes, France. Winemaker Jean T’Kint, with his refined palate, crafts just two wines in his small vineyard: this scrumptious Côtes du Rhône blend and a Rose. Eleven years ago, he bought this winery in Rousset Les - Vignes and quickly got the land certified organic. Thanks to the Mediterranean climate, the wine bursts with flavors of juicy black fruits like blackcurrants, black cherries, cassis, dried violets, and spicy blackberries. We suggest letting this red wine blend breathe for about 30 minutes before sipping. It pairs perfectly with a filet mignon smothered in chimichurri sauce.
