Frederic Mabileau 'Les Rouilleres'

This 2020 Cabernet Franc is 100% biodynamic and hails from the Loire region in France. It comes from the very first plot planted by Frederic Mabileau and his wife Nathalie. Grown on the right - hand side of the Loire, these grapes are carefully hand - picked from 40 - year - old vines rooted in sandy, gravelly soils. The wine offers enticing notes of blackberry, violet, licorice, and strawberry. It pairs perfectly with Thai Satay Chicken or Veal Scallopini, making it a great choice for a delicious meal.

To enjoy this wine, simply open the bottle and pour it into a wine glass. Let it breathe for a few minutes to enhance the aroma. You can serve it at a slightly cool temperature, around 18°C.
