I Pastini 'Antico' Locorotondo - White Blend

In 2022, this fine white blend hails from Puglia, Italy. It's crafted from 60% Verdeca, 35% Bianco d'Alessano, and 5% Minutolo - indigenous varietals with a production history of thousands of years in this region. The Carparelli Family established the I Pastini Estate in 1996, painstakingly reviving old vines to create wines that truly showcase the terroir's heritage. Their first wine was released in 2003. The grapes are planted and harvested together, resulting in a perfectly balanced wine. As you sip, you'll taste delightful notes of lemon, straw, and subtle herb hints. This wine is an ideal aperitif and pairs splendidly with olives or light seafood dishes.

To enjoy this wine, simply chill it to around 8 - 10°C. Pour it into a white wine glass and take your time to savor the flavors.
