Indaba - Chenin Blanc

In 2021, Chenin Blanc, South Africa's most widely - grown grape variety and the Cape's iconic white wine, was crafted into this delightful beverage. The wine spends 5 months aging on its lees in tanks, with the lees occasionally stirred. A small 1% portion is whole - bunch pressed directly into 300 - liter French oak barrels, where natural fermentation occurs, followed by another 5 months of lees - aging. This fresh and easy - to - drink wine bursts with flavors of honey - coated pears, golden apples, and luscious tropical fruits.
