The 2018 Krupp Brothers Bart's Bride White Wine Blend is a harmonious concoction of 37% Marsanne, 35% Viognier, 26% Rousanne, and 2% Chardonnay. Aged for 16 months in 67% new French oak, this wine offers enchanting aromas of orange blossom, honeysuckle, and lemon custard. With a creamy and lush body, it presents flavors of crème brûlée, beautifully balanced by the bright acidity of Meyer lemon. The finish is long and accented with a hint of white pepper. It pairs perfectly with Pad Thai or grilled swordfish marinated in a zesty mix of olive oil, garlic, lime juice, rosemary, and pepper. This wine is ready to be enjoyed now and will keep well until 2026.
