This 2022 rose wine from Tavel, France, crafted by Les Vignerons du Castelas, is a delightful blend of 65% Grenache, 25% Syrah, and 10% Clairette. The name 'Respelido', meaning rebirth, honors the winemakers' journey of reviving an abandoned vineyard, restoring old vines, and planting new ones. Since its establishment in 1952, the estate now spans 450 hectares and involves 45 winemaking families. Thanks to the mild Mediterranean climate, this rose offers bright strawberry and cherry notes. It's ideal for sipping under the sun or pairing with a summer salad.
