Maculan - Vespaiolo

In the 1920s, Maculan began as an Italian small wine bar, an Osteria. In 1947, the winery was founded and has been family - owned and run ever since. Its terroir features volcanic soils on hilly terrain, yielding mineral - rich wines. This 2021 Vespaiolo white wine from Veneto, Italy, is full - bodied, dry with a sharp acidity. It offers lovely notes of orange blossom, stone fruit, and honey. It's a perfect match for roasted vegetables and fish.

To enjoy this Maculan Vespaiolo white wine, first, keep it in the fridge for about an hour before opening to reach the ideal drinking temperature. When opening, use a standard corkscrew.
