Mirabeau 'Forever Summer' - Rose

2022 Vin de France. In summer 2009, Jeany and Stephen Cronk left London with their three kids and settled in Provence to pursue their dream of making wine in France. In 2010, with Angela Muir, MW, they created their first cuvee and Mirabeau was born. Stephen, an ex - wine importer, loves rosé and even proposed to Jeany over a bottle of it. This rosé is a blend of Grenache and Syrah from clay - limestone soils. It has lovely notes of cherry, almond flower, and peach, truly deserving its 'Forever Summer' name. It's ideal for summer and pairs perfectly with linguine and clams.

To enjoy this Mirabeau rosé, simply chill it in the fridge for a couple of hours. Serve it in a nice wine glass and savor the cherry, almond flower, and peach flavors. When it comes to food, it goes great with linguine and clams, but you can also try it with other light summer dishes. Keep the wine in a cool, dark place when not in use. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. If you have an open bottle, cork it tightly and store it in the fridge for up to a couple of days.
