To enjoy this Cava, first, keep it chilled in the fridge for a couple of hours. When you're ready, gently remove the wire cage and slowly twist the cork until it pops. Pour it into a flute glass to preserve the bubbles. Store any leftover wine in the fridge and use a wine stopper. Remember to drink it within a day or two as the carbonation will start to fade.
