Composed of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Merlot, 11% Cabernet Franc, and 7% Petit Verdot, this wine is a true labor of love. The grapes were carefully hand - sorted and gently placed into tanks for fermentation. Most of the wine comes from free - run juice, minimizing contact with the astringent elements in grape skins and seeds. After tank fermentation, it moves to French oak barrels to complete the process. Bottled and aged for two years, it offers a perfect balance of moderate tannins and the rich, natural flavors imparted by the oak. This red blend, bursting with the flavors of dark berries like blackberries, black currants, and plums, tantalizes the taste buds.
