Palazzi - Garganega / Pinot Grigio - Veneto

Hailing from the northeastern Venezie region, Palazzi crafts this delicious blend composed of 85% Garganega and 15% Pinot Grigio. Garganega, an Italian grape variety native to this area, infuses the blend with delightful stone - fruit and floral notes. Before bottling, the wine spends 3 months on the lees, which adds a lovely texture and body. It pairs perfectly with grilled flounder served with spring vegetables.

To enjoy this Palazzi white wine, simply chill it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. When you're ready to drink, pour it into a wine glass and take in the floral aroma. It's great for casual dinners or small gatherings. Keep the leftover wine in the fridge and seal it well; it can stay fresh for a couple of days.
