This 2021 sparkling rosé is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir grapes in Recas, Romania. It presents a pale pink hue with a fine perlage. On the nose, it offers floral notes of violet and jasmine. The palate is fresh and delicate, featuring flavors of pomegranate and currant juice. It finishes creamy and elegant.
