Realm 'The Tempest'

The Tempest is Realm's first proprietary red wine. It was named after the 'perfect' storm of three grape varietals that came from the same vineyard in 2002. Today, it's still crafted with grapes from renowned vineyards like Beckstoffer Orchard, Dr. Crane, and Blair Vineyard in Calistoga. Predominantly Merlot, with varying amounts of Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot based on the vintage, this wine is a vibrant blend of lush red fruits. It showcases what Merlot can achieve when sourced from the right vineyards and handled by skilled hands.

To enjoy The Tempest, simply open the bottle and let it breathe for about 30 minutes to an hour before serving. This helps bring out its rich flavors. Serve it at a cool room temperature, around 60 - 65°F. You can pair it with a variety of dishes, like grilled meats, pasta with red sauce, or rich cheeses. When storing, keep the bottle lying down in a cool, dark place to keep the cork moist and prevent oxidation. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight or extreme temperature changes. Cheers!
