Thibault Ducroux- Morgon

This 2021 red wine hails from the Morgon region in France. It's crafted by Thibault Ducroux, a young winemaker who grew up in vineyards as his father was a Beaujolais grower. The certified organic winery, named after him, cultivates 8 hectares of 50 - year - old vines on average. Made from 100% Gamay grapes from two different vineyards, it's aged for 8 months in neutral oak. With tasting notes of crushed violets, dark fruit, and herbs, and a hint of smoke, this wine is an excellent choice for Thanksgiving dinner!
