Vina Sastre 'Flavus' - White

This 2018 white wine is crafted from 100% Cayetana Blanca grapes. Jesús Sastre, the winemaker and vineyard manager, has been leading the winery since 2002 after his brother Pedro's passing. With 30 years of experience at the winery, he adheres to organic farming and biodynamic agriculture, never using chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Made from the same grape as Sherry, this wine offers a creamy and rich taste, balanced with just enough acidity to keep your palate engaged. It pairs perfectly with roast pork.

To enjoy this Vina Sastre 'Flavus' white wine, simply chill it in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving. Pour it into a white wine glass and take in the aroma before sipping.
