Volats - Priorat

In 2017, two brothers, Toni and Mique Coca i Fito, skillfully crafted this remarkable red wine by leveraging Priorat's unique terroir. The grapes are sustainably farmed, and the blend consists of 50% Grenache, 25% Carignan, 10% Syrah, and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, it offers a rich, spicy flavor with a smooth texture. Each sip reveals notes of lilac, hibiscus, herbs, earth, and dark red fruit. This wine is an ideal match for tapas or lamb shanks, enhancing your dining experience.

To enjoy this wine, simply uncork it and let it breathe for about 15 - 20 minutes before pouring. It's best served at a temperature between 60 - 65°F.
