This 2019 red blend combines 65% Cabernet Sauvignon from Stellenbosch and 35% old vine Cinsault from Darling. Fermented in whole bunches and matured in a mix of stainless steel and old French oak, it's unfined and unfiltered for a fresh, vibrant taste.
