From September 18 - 27, 2025, embark on a journey from Barcelona to Alicante. Spain's Mediterranean coast, famous for its sunny days and sandy beaches, attracts millions annually. But just west of the coast lies a hidden gem - a thriving wine - producing region. Within an hour's drive from the shore, several areas with sea - moderated warm climates yield a wide variety of high - quality wines, from sparkling and white to rosé and diverse reds. Catalunya is also renowned for its fresh and unique cuisines that have inspired chefs across Spain and the globe. We'll start in Barcelona and spend 4 nights exploring nearby regions like Penedes, Priorat, Montsant, and Costers del Segre. Then, we'll head south to Valencia for 2 nights, savoring some of Spain's most delicious wines and enjoying culinary delights. In the final part of the tour, we'll stay near Alicante, visiting the Alicante region as well as the emerging Jumilla and Yecla. The tour ends in Alicante, which has an airport and train stations for easy connections to other parts of Spain. The expected cost for double occupancy is $4500 per person, and there's a $500 singles supplement. If traveling as a couple, make sure to add two double - occupancy payments. Guests who've paid the 50% deposit will be notified of any price change no later than 150 days before departure, and final payment is due 120 days before the trip, with non - refundable deposits after that date.
