SPREAD February Wine Pairings

Each package includes 4 bottles of wine. You can increase the quantity to get 8, 12, or more bottles. There are three types of pairings available. The Standard Pairing features NV Avinyo 'Reserva' - Cava for passed hors d'oeuvres, 2021 Les Deux Moulins - Sauvignon Blanc for greens, 2021 Flaneur - Pinot Noir for family - style meals, and 2019 Torres 'Gran Coronas' - Cabernet Sauvignon also for family - style dishes. The Premium Pairing offers NV Bernard Gaucher - Champagne for passed hors d'oeuvres, 2021 Montenidoli 'Fiore' - Vernaccia for greens, 2019 St. Innocent 'Momtazi' - Pinot Noir for family - style meals, and 2020 Chateau du Moulin - Bordeaux Red Blend - Haut Medoc for family - style servings. Additionally, there's a Dessert Pairing option. You can add a $40 Dessert Pairing Package that comes with 2 bottles of 2022 Sant'Evasio - Brachetto d'Acqui.

Using these wine pairing packages is easy. Just select the pairing that suits your meal. For passed hors d'oeuvres, choose the recommended cava or champagne. When having greens, go for the suggested sauvignon blanc or vernaccia. For family - style meals, pick the appropriate pinot noir or cabernet sauvignon. If you have room for dessert, add the dessert pairing package. When storing the wines, keep them in a cool, dark place. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. And remember, it's best to consume the wines within a reasonable time after opening to enjoy their full flavor.
