Ashes & Diamonds 'Blanc No. 5'

This fine wine is a blend of Semillon and Sauvignon Blanc crafted by winemaker Steve Matthiasson. It undergoes 100% barrel fermentation in 25% new French oak and is aged in barrels for 10 months, resulting in a rich and complex flavor profile.

To enjoy this wine, simply chill it in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving. Pour it into a wine glass and let it breathe for a few minutes to enhance the aroma.
