NV Cava Sutra, crafted by Bodegas Antonio Arráez, is a remarkable cava. The Macabeo and Chardonnay grapes are sourced from selected vineyards on the Valencian High Plateau. The north - facing clay soils allow these grapes to achieve perfectly balanced maturity, boasting soft acidity and a rich fruity flavor.
