Chateau Moncontour - Brut Vouvray

NV Tete de Cuvee crafted from 100% Chenin Blanc, the noble grape of the Loire Valley. Chateau Moncontour, nestled in the Loire Valley with a view of the Loire River, has a rich history dating back to the 11th century. The Feray family took over and revamped it in 1994. With the oldest vines in Touraine, it's one of the most esteemed wine estates in the Loire Valley. This Brut Vouvray is made using the Traditional Method. It offers tasting notes of white flowers, apples, and brioche. Ideal to pair with seafood or enjoy as an aperitif.

How to use: You can simply pour the wine into a glass and savor it. It's great as an aperitif before a meal or paired with seafood like shrimp or oysters. Notice: Keep the wine in a cool and dark place. Avoid direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Maintenance: If you have an unopened bottle, store it horizontally to keep the cork moist. Once opened, try to finish it within a few days and keep it in the fridge with a cork to slow down oxidation.
