Cowhorn is a biodynamic vineyard, farm, and winery located in the under - recognized Applegate Valley of southern Oregon. In 2015, this area was warm enough to ripen Rhone varietals like Syrah. The grapes ripened in a cooler climate, allowing the fruit flavors to stand out and leaving a bright, tart finish.

To enjoy this Cowhorn Syrah 53, just take it out of the cellar, let it breathe for about 30 minutes. You can serve it at a slightly cool temperature.
