Gouguenheim - Sparkling Malbec Rosé

Gouguenheim, helmed by Patricio Gouguenheim, is set high in the Uco Valley of Mendoza. While red Malbec takes the throne, this sparkling rosé is truly a delight! This rich and dark rosé offers enticing notes of black cherry, cooked strawberry, and violets. A hint of tannin emerges as the grapes soak in the juice a bit longer. For an amazing taste experience, pair it with a pulled pork sandwich!

To enjoy this Gouguenheim Sparkling Malbec Rosé, just chill it in the fridge for a couple of hours. When you're ready, pop the cork gently and pour it into a champagne flute.
