This is a half - bottle (375ml) sparkling wine hailing from Burgundy. It's crafted solely from the classic grapes used in true Champagnes, namely 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay. The traditional Champagne - making method is employed here. Aged for at least 18 months on the lees, which is longer than most entry - level Champagnes. It features lovely pinpoint bubbles and a rich, creamy mousse. The wine bursts with bright citrus and apple flavors, offering a clean and refreshing taste.
