Jean-Luc Joillot - Cremant de Bourgogne

This is a delightful sparkling wine hailing from the renowned Burgundy region. It's crafted using only the classic grapes - 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, the same ones used to make authentic Champagnes. The traditional Champagne - making method is employed here, and it's aged for at least 18 months on the lees, which is longer than most entry - level Champagnes. You'll notice the lovely pinpoint bubbles and a rich, creamy mousse. On the palate, it offers bright citrus and apple flavors, leaving you with a clean and refreshing finish.

To enjoy this sparkling wine, first, chill it in the fridge for a few hours. When you're ready to open it, hold the bottle at a 45 - degree angle and gently twist the cork. Pour it slowly into a flute glass to preserve the bubbles. This wine is perfect for celebrations or as an aperitif. Store any leftover wine in the fridge and seal it with a wine stopper. Try to finish it within a day or two as the bubbles will start to fade. Don't expose the bottle to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures as it can affect the taste and quality of the wine.
