This remarkable Champagne hails from Pierry, a 1er Cru village in Champagne, France, known as 'Les Gouttes d'Or'. Crafted with 100% Pinot Meunier, it's classified as a Blanc de Noirs. Without malolactic fermentation, it ages on the lees for four years before disgorgement. Each sip offers rich red - fruit notes and lovely bubbles, making it a luxurious treat for champagne lovers.

To enjoy this Champagne, first, chill it in the fridge for a few hours until it's around 45 - 50°F. When you're ready to serve, hold the bottle at a 45 - degree angle and gently twist the wire cage and remove the cork. Pour it slowly into a flute glass to preserve the bubbles.
