Joleté - Pinot Gris - Columbia Valley

This 2017 wine is 100% Pinot Gris from the Columbia Valley in Washington. Thanks to a flood at the end of the last Ice Age, the valley has a cool growing season and some of the most diverse soil in North America. It's quite dry, almost like a desert, which results in a really dry and crisp Pinot Gris.

To enjoy this Joleté Pinot Gris, simply chill it in the fridge for a couple of hours. It's great on its own or paired with light meals like salads, seafood, or soft cheeses. When opening the bottle, be careful not to spill. After opening, keep the bottle in the fridge and try to finish it within a few days to maintain its freshness.
