In 2005, Julien Sunier bought 'la Ferme des Noisetiers' farm. Just three years later, he built his own French wine estate from the ground up. Today, it follows organic and biodynamic practices. The high - lying location and the region's rocky, granite soils give a unique edge to his wines. This 2022 vintage is 100% Gamay. It has lovely flavors of blackberries, plums, and violets. Julien calls it an 'anytime red'. It's delicious by itself. When slightly chilled, it pairs perfectly with a charcuterie board.
