Kumeu Village - Chardonnay

2019 vintage. 13.5% alcohol. This Chardonnay hails from New Zealand. It's crafted by Master of Wine Michael Brajkovich, with grapes sustainably farmed and hand - harvested. 42% of this lovely wine is fermented in old French oak barriques, and 58% in stainless steel tanks, resulting in minimal oak influence on both the nose and palate. The vibrant fruit shines through, offering lively lime and lemon scents, a flinty, mineral edge, and subtle hints of fig and white peach. Pair it with Seafood Risotto for a delightful experience.

To enjoy this Chardonnay, first, chill it in the fridge for about an hour before serving. Pour it into a white wine glass to let the aroma develop.
