Longevity - Chardonnay

The 2019 Longevity Chardonnay is a delightful wine featuring ripe fruit flavors. Aged in oak barrels, it offers lovely notes of pear and vanilla. Winemaker/Founder Phil Long of Longevity Wines started his winemaking journey in the garage with his wife Debra. With over a decade of winemaking experience and numerous awards, Phil is constantly striving for improvement. As he says, 'In the business of winemaking, the minute you think you know it all, it’s time to get out.'

To enjoy this Longevity Chardonnay, simply chill it in the fridge for about an hour before pouring. It pairs well with a variety of foods like seafood, chicken, and creamy pasta. When opening the bottle, use a regular corkscrew. After opening, if you don't finish the whole bottle, re - cork it tightly and store it in the fridge. It should stay fresh for a couple of days. Remember not to expose the wine to direct sunlight or extreme temperatures as it can affect the taste.
