Winemaker Olivier Richard named his estate after his grandfather, who dreamed of crafting a wonderful Sancerre wine. This 100% Sauvignon Blanc is biodynamically farmed. It offers a crisp, mineral - rich taste, with notes of lemon, white peach, and honeysuckle. It pairs superbly with ceviche or shrimp scampi.
