Manos Negras - Chardonnay

This 2021 Chardonnay hails from Argentina. Manos Negras, situated in Mendoza, gets its name from the notion that real winemakers' hands turn black from soil work. Four friendships led to the birth of this winery, and they owe much of their success to viticulturist Alejandro Sejanovich, who worked at Bodega Catena Zapata for 16 years before joining in 2010. It's an ideal wine to enjoy with friends during a meal. With tasting notes of white stone fruits, gentle citrus, and a hint of tropical fruit, along with a clean and crisp finish, it pairs perfectly with poached salmon or Spanish empanadas.
