Marquis de Grinon - Cabernet Sauvignon

Since 1292, Dominio de Valdepusa has belonged to the noble family of Carlos Falcó Fernandez de Córdova, the Marquis of Griñon. Known as the father of Spanish wine, Falcó, who graduated from UC Davis in the 1960s, came back home and started making wine. He constantly challenged the family's winemaking traditions. In 1974, he introduced Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grape varieties, drip irrigation (the world's first commercial winery to start this trend), and night harvesting. Today, the winery still pursues excellence with Bordeaux varietals, fully unlocking the potential of their land. This Cabernet Sauvignon perfectly captures the richness and softness of the grapes. It's a bottle that's definitely worth aging for the next 15 - 20 years!

To enjoy this fine Cabernet Sauvignon, first let it breathe for about an hour by opening the bottle before pouring. Pour it into a wine glass with a wide bowl to fully appreciate its aroma. When serving, keep the temperature around 60 - 65°F (15 - 18°C) for the best taste. Store the unopened bottle in a cool, dark place, like a wine cellar or a pantry away from direct sunlight. If you have some left after opening, re - cork it tightly and store it in the fridge, but try to finish it within a few days to keep its flavor.
